YOUR DAILY WORKIn this role, you will be a key person in production, combining operational work with the responsibility to drive and develop daily operations. Examples of what you will do:

• Perform operational tasks such as CNC machining with CAM preparation and assembly

• Ensure manufacturability in collaboration with the design department

• Lead daily operations and ensure high efficiency and quality in production

• Ensure staffing, capacity, and resource planning

• Follow up on key performance indicators such as lead times, quality, and machine utilization

• Own and develop technical preparation and production processes

• Create and ensure compliance with routines regarding quality, work environment, and maintenance

• Contribute to technical and strategic decisions in production

In short: you will help shape how production works, today and in the future.

WHO ARE YOU?You have a genuine interest in technology and production and thrive in an environment where collaboration and problem-solving are part of everyday life. You take responsibility, are curious, and enjoy when things happen.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in CNC machining and CAM preparation

• Experience in 5-axis milling

• A background in mold tools, fixtures, or prototype manufacturing

• Good reading of technical drawings and understanding of tolerances

• Experience in production planning

• Some form of leadership experience or willingness to take on a leadership role

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience with Tebis for CAM preparation

• Knowledge of Heidenhain control systems

• Experience from aerospace, medical technology, or precision mechanics
